Hello!
What a wonderful day, learning all about Indian cookery and spices. Lovely Adele took 4 curious cooks into her home in Miramont de Guyenne, and lead us through the world of Indian cuisine. We were hands-on in the workspace, kneading the naans, slicing the onions, chopping the vegetables and blending the spices, before cooking together in her beautiful Mexican inspired kitchen.
It was a great food adventure, and at the end we all sat down to enjoy the spoils of our labours. What a feast, it was all delicious, highlights for me included the Naan (a recipe that Adele has developed from scratch and kindly shared with us) and the onion bhajis... that's me in the photo gingerly turning them in the oil.

Coming up...
And finally...
Something fishy is going on in the pottery studio on Saturday 11 March. We are making poisson d'avril with spiral scales. There are still some spaces available for Saturday, so give me a call to book a place.
Otherwise, if the project appeals, but you're not free on Saturday, we can set it up for another day
