| A very friendly snowman |
Rain didn’t stop play in St Emilion last weekend. The ski team from the Pyrenees were out in St
Emilion complete with a friendly abominable snowman! Children (and adults) had access to a man-made
snow covered mountain and a chance to fine tune their skiing skills before
heading to the slopes this winter. On
Friday the weather even obliged with a covering of ‘real’ snow too!
Plenty of music events coming up this weekend and an evening
with Jane Wenham-Jones to look forward to on Friday.
Keep an eye on the For Sale page, I have been spreading the
word and should have more items coming up.

The February quiz will be on Monday, 4th February. The
questions and organisation on the night will be done by Mark Waterhouse and
John Holland. My thanks to them both.

10.30 pm
Price – 13 euros per person to include supper, prizes
etc.

Teams – maximum 8 people
Please let me know if you will be fielding a team – and
the number of team members. I will need final numbers by Thursday 31st January
at the latest. Also will team captains please be responsible for collecting the
money from their team so that I only have to deal with one person and one total
sum of money.
