Hello!
When the sun comes out the world looks different, brighter,
happier, and we are reminded of the beauty of the region.
Today I was lucky enough to be in St Emilion on a sunny
winter morning. The village is coming
out of hibernation and all around there were people cleaning windows,
repainting woodwork and jet washing stonework.
There were plenty of notices in restaurants with re-opening
messages around 11th and 12th February.
So, if you haven’t been over to St Emilion in a while, it’s
reopening for spring… go there and enjoy rediscovering the village.
Whatever you do this week in the Gironde and Dordogne regions, have a lovely sunny time.
Best wishes,
Helen
