Week 46 2015

Hello!
Rauzan indoors...

... and outdoors.
Last weekend saw the re-opening of the winter Marche des Puces (flea market) in Rauzan.  It was both inside and outside the large hanger.  There is a restaurant as well as a bread stand and a couple of vegetable stands.  But for me, the pull of the market is the possibility that one week I’ll find a treasure.

It’s open every Sunday, all day, through until the spring.

Whatever you do this week in the Gironde and Dordogne regions, enjoy the everlasting autumn!

Best wishes,
Helen

And finally…

A perfect view for lunch.
Last week my Alistair Sawdays’ Inspector’s hat took me to a wonderful property overlooking the fairway at Chateau de Vigier.  A little slice of heaven! Vigier has recently come under new management and has great deals on green fees for locals.  Have a look here to find out more.
I had a delicious lunch in view of the 4th hole.  A golfer’s paradise.
