Week 35 2015

Hello!

Castillon en Fete ended with a bang last weekend with amazing fireworks.  These were a little different, they didn’t go from the stone bridge, they set them off from a barge in the middle of the river.

This week sees Ste Foy and Pays Foyen celebrating their Franco British week.  The full agenda below.  Always good fun, and you meet new people and make new friends.

Whatever you do this week in the Gironde and the Dordogne regions, have a great time… the sun is set to shine all week (I’m writing this from the deck overlooking the river…)

And finally…

Loving home needed for two female ginger kittens - 6-8 weeks old - found on the roadside 16/8 in good health. Very sweet, and after their ordeal they are now litter-trained, very affectionate, playful, purring loudly and bored with my bathroom.   I cannot keep them due to my own menagerie but would be willing to contribute to or pay for their vaccines and sterilisation.
