Hello!
After almost a week in the Port de la Lune in Bordeaux the
Hermione set off for the next step on her trip before she sets sail across the
Atlantic in the spring of 2015.
My very lucky friend was part of the flotilla that followed
the frigate along the river and up the Medoc estuary. Not one to miss a photo opportunity, she even
took a video. Many thanks KG.
If flying is more your thing than sailing, the annual
Balloon Festival is on in St Emilion Next weekend, starting off on Friday night
with a Night Glow show.
Whatever you do this week in the Gironde and Dordogne, have
a great time.

My next visit in your direction is Tuesday 14th October in St.Méard de Gurçon between 1.30 and 2.30 by the church or preceeded by a delivery route going through Minzac, Villefranche de Lonchat and down towards Castillon la Bataille.
If you know what you would like to purchase please place an order in advance preferably before Wednesday 8th October , so I can be sure I have it available.
