Week 48 2012

Hello,

Only 29 days (or should that be sleeps?) until Christmas.  How are the preparations going?  There are plenty of Christmas markets around with shopping opportunities. Keep your eye on the ‘Christmas Market’ page of the blog as I update it as I hear of more markets.  The one in Bordeaux is lovely.  If you go along at the end of the afternoon then it’s great to browse along the stalls warming your hands on a glass of mulled wine with all the twinkling lights. It will certainly put you into a festive mood.

Team 'Motente Cordiale'

Bois et Atelier in Gensac  is having a sale in their showroom ‘L’arriere Boutique from 24 November – 2 December.  They have small decorative items for sale alongside the furniture.  It’s worth a look if you are in the neighbourhood.

Have a great week,

Best wishes,
Helen

  3. I love this newsletter and look forward to it popping up in my mail box every week. Having arrived recently in Gironde, we didn't know what was going on around us, but now we do! It's a pity that the background photo doesn't match the cheer and joy of the content.

  4. Yes, next week I will look for a nice bright cheery background picture. I was just amazed to see the amount of leaves falling from the trees and I thought I'd share that!
Thank you very much for your message.
