Week 31 2017

Hello!

Castillon is still going strong with all things bicycle having hosted the Criterium on Tuesday.   Congratulations to Romain Bardet and Warren Barguil for coming first and second, hot from their exploits at the Tour de France.  Find all the results here

There are some great photos on the Criterium de Castillon la Bataille Facebook page, this is one of my favourites, with everyone lined up at the start.

The morning in Castillon was taken over by the Fete le Velo and I love this bike made from nougat by the clever people at the Troel bakery (they also have a rather smart sugar battlements in the window - that's one vitrine you really could 'leche'!)

Whatever you do in the Gironde and Dordogne regions this week,
have a great time.

Best wishes,
Helen
