 Hello!

This Sunday is International Women's Day and Chateau Font Vidal are celebrating with a day of events in Juillac.

It's open all day, lunch on sweet and savory crepes from Brittany, watch a fashion show with real women, discover relaxation therapies, perfumes, make-up, fashion, and of course, wines and spirits from Chateau Font Vidal.  All profits go towards the Association au Sein des Femmes.

Whatever you do this week in the Gironde and Dordogne regions, have a great week.

A 40 minute musical comedy.

And finally...

The Spring time pottery programme for the themed workshops in Sauveterre is here!  We're starting on Saturday 5th March with cute little vases, ideal for spring flowers. A session lasts 1 hour and you can learn the techniques to make your vase and decorate it.  The workshops are open to people of all ages, I always say that you bring yourself to the clay, and there are no limits to your creativity.

Pottery workshops in Sauveterre are getting back underway on Saturdays again.  Starting on 18th September with an apple pot workshop.  Come and make a little pot with a lid in the shape of an apple.  

The workshop lasts an hour and you can make and decorate your own apple.  €8/ person, all clay, colours and the firings are included.

 Hello!

Thank you for all of you ho dropped by to say 'Hello!' on Sunday in Flaujagues.  We were blessed with beautiful weather, and a lovely setting.

Plenty of people made their own plant markers... and many other variations on the theme, there were some with people's names printed, and one lad even made one for his dog!

All ready to get creative with the clay.

Plenty opening up in the Dordogne and Gironde regions. Just be aware that we are still limited to eating outside, so if the rains arrive, places may close.  Best to call ahead to check.

Do you fancy making your own photo frames from clay?  This Saturday I will be all set up to do just that.  

1 hour workshop - €8/person, up to 4 people... all ages welcome. Availability from 10am - 5pm.

If Saturday doesn't work for you, and there's a group of 4 people, then contact me and I'll fix a time that works.  Catch up with some friends over a bit of art therapy, make a set of unique picture frames for your home, or a great personalised gift.
